| Our team consists of professionals who came into the industry in 1985-1987 through the Eesti Restauraator, the largest and most renown guild of renovation specialists in postwar Estonia.
Our personnel have received excellent training in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland) and Russia. The team is headed by an expert craftsman with 20 years of both managerial and hands-on experience in construction.
Our approach allows for the flexible combining of the most up-to-date engineering and architectural solutions with the traditional, proved construction techniques and environment-friendly materials: linseed and turpentine oils, wood tar, beeswax, lime plaster, natural paints, limestone and granite.
Every project is born of an exchange between the parties: the architect, the customer and the contractor. Our motto is that the budget always has limits, it is the quality of the result that must not be compromised.
